1. Description of static dissipative mats
ESD rubber Mat has a static Dissipative top rubber layer laminated to a conductive rubber bottom layer. Surface resistivity of the top layer is106-109Ω and bottom layer is 103-106Ω.The mat is totally 2mm thick, which consists of 0.5mm top static –dissipative layer and 1.5mm bottom conductive layer.
Function:
ESD rubber mats are created with durable materials for the safety of workers while working with and around electronic components and assemblies. Anti-static mats are designed to move static charges from devices placed on its surface, while protecting the surface of ESD sensitive devices from wear and tear.
